Payment in full is taken with the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice is required.
When 30 days notice of cancellation is given, a full return of
payment is given.* For cancellation notice of less than 30 days
notice: If the accommodation becomes filled by other guests
on the nights previously reserved and for which a payment
has been taken, the payment will be fully refunded on the
nights occupied by other guests. On any night not filled,
the payment will not be refunded. We will do our utmost to
fill the cancelled nights, however, it will not always be
possible as most reservations are made well in advance.

Wow! It's not very often that accommodation
so exceeds expectations and looks even better than in the
photos. Today we saw 50-60 orcas - a super pod. It has been
my lifetime dream to see even just one whale, living wild
and free, so there are hardly words to describe how superlative
today was for me and my family. I had tears of joy in my eyes
a lot of the time. This has hopefully also shown our children
how orcas are meant to live - rather than in some ghastly
prison in San Diego and elsewhere. Thank you for creating

Thank you so much for providing everything you promised and
more! The house over the ocean is just incredible and with
the million dollar view it becomes outstanding. The deck for
BBQs and gathering together made it feel like home. Our whale
watching trip was so great and all of the crew were so friendly
and professional. The orcas were beautiful and we were thrilled
to se the whole family along with the porpoise, seals and
eagles's nest. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention
to detail in the accommodation. Hope to see you again soon!

Sorry we did not meet up but we all want to let you know how
much we have enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect with every
detail catered for - it will live on in our memories forever!
We only wish we lived nearer to make it a regular port-of-call.
The trip on your yacht was the highlight of our holiday and
the fulfillment of a lifetime ambition for us to see so many
orcas and humpbacks with porpoises and dolphins as well, was

Thank you so much. We could not have asked for a better place
to stay on our honeymoon! The house is wonderful and resting!
Orca watching was brilliant! They were so beautiful .Watching
them rest and play was great and it was good to be out with
people who care about these creatures - unlike some of the
other companies. Seeing the orcas in the wild has been one
of my greatest wishes and it has exceeded my expectations!
