Departures for all Tours:
Sail with the Whales
All departures are from either Alert Bay on Cormorant Island or
from the Alder Bay Resort & Campsite on Vancouver Island. Alder Bay is only a
15 minute drive south from Port McNeill and a 10 minute drive
back towards Highway 19 from Telegraph Cove.
Arrival time at the end of the dock in Alder Bay and the
Municipal Dock in Alert Bay is 15 minutes prior to the scheduled
departure time.
Reservations are required for all tours
Hydrophones for listening to the Orcas and
Dolphins are carried onboard both vessels.
Insulated thermo jackets and pants are provided for added
warmth if required.

onboard. As we are often turning people away, your cancellation
with the appropriate 72 hours notice, ensures your refund
and enables space for others to partake in the tour.
